Al Rogers, Manufacturing Engineer

Al Rogers has been a manufacturing engineer at Sealevel for almost a year. Al served as a Navigation Aids Operator and Technician in the U.S. Marine Corps. Born in Brunswick, Georgia, he has lived in Iva (SC), Southern California and Iwakuni, Japan. He earned an electrical engineering degree from Clemson University in 2009.

On Working at Sealevel

Al’s responsibilities as a manufacturing engineer include general engineering support for production, and transitioning new products from prototype phase to production. According to his coworkers, Al took on a great responsibility when he arrived at Sealevel. He has continued to perform exceedingly well and has become an asset to the company.

“The best part of my job is the experience of working with many different products. Working with experienced team members make Sealevel a unique environment,” said Al.

To be able to play the guitar

Early 1700’s North America (colonial times)

What’s your hometown? Have you lived anywhere else? Hometown is Iva, SC. Lived in So Cal for three years and Iwakuni, Japan for one year. Born in Brunswick, GA.
