Wounded Warriors Benefit

Come see the legendary Charlie Daniels Band at the Wounded Warrior Benefit this weekend at SenecaFest in Seneca, South Carolina. Tickets are $5.00 and can be purchased in advance at www.tixonline.com or at Seneca City Hall. The concert is Saturday, May 25 at Gignilliant Field. Gates open at 5pm with a portion of the proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project.

TRU-D Blasts Super Germs at Baptist Easley Hospital

Baptist Easley Hospital recently began using the TRU-D Rapid Room Sterilization Unit in its operating rooms. The TRU-D system performs its disinfecting process through the emission of ultraviolet waves that break up deadly microorganisms. The Baptist Easley Foundation purchased TRU-D through a donation by Baptist Easley Board of Directors member Tom O’Hanlan with matching funds by Greenville Hospital System. On October 25, the company took third place in the Roaring Twenties Awards, which recognizes the top performing companies headquartered in South Carolina.
