The 3901-KT Porthole provides interfaces to the onboard audio, printer, and RS-485 connections on a Relio R2000 I/O server. The audio ports interface via standard 1/8" stereo mini-jack connectors and include a microphone input (MIC-IN), a line-level input (AUDIO-IN), and a speaker or headphone output (AUDIO-OUT). A standard parallel printer can be attached via the DB25 female connector. The RS-485 interface matches the pin out of the pass-through connectors on SeaI/O expansion modules, which allows the R2000 to act as a Master and communicate with up to 246 SeaI/O modules. A 2.1mm socket provides the R2000 with an alternate 5VDC power source.
