BookerLAB is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to act as a company liaison with customers, serve as product champion, and manage and produce sales results.

The Customer Relations Manager will maintain an accurate sales pipeline report and summary of opportunities.

Reporting Relationship
The position will report to the CEO

Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and use a consultative sales approach to move prospects through the sales funnel process to close.
  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities
  • Determine and understand a prospect’s needs to match a fitting solution
  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability
  • Follow-up on all sales leads to conclusion (including leads obtained via social media channels)
  • Educate prospects/customers about features and benefits of products in order to drive engagement
  • Enter orders as required
  • Resolve customers’ issues promptly and accurately
  • Document all communications with customers in the company’s CRM database
  • Coordinate with Marketing department for marketing automation tasks

Previous Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize for best results
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills


  • Experience with marketing automation software
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
  • Experience in the music industry and/or a love of music
  • Interest and ability in producing short videos
