Sealevel Systems, Inc. is a mature communications hardware manufacturer, providing serial and digital interface solutions and industrial computers to worldwide customers since 1986. Sealevel is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist to work within the company’s Sales department to drive revenue through our Worldwide Partner Network.

The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for reaching revenue growth targets, increasing mindshare at each Partner through consistent communication, training Partner employees, and introducing new products for sale through these channels. The Channel Marketing Specialist will work with the Sealevel Marketing Department to create marketing campaigns and supporting collateral materials.

The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for reporting results to senior management, including maintaining an accurate sales pipeline report and summary of Partner performance.

Reporting Relationship
The position will report to the Sr. VP Sales

Compensation
The objective of the compensation structure is to attract an individual who is resourceful and expects to be compensated for exceptional performance. Base Salary plus commission.

Objectives & Responsibilities

The company’s objectives are to grow through penetration of new markets and capture of market share in current markets. Proactive sales effort is an essential requirement to achieve these objectives. The primary objectives of the Inside Sales Representative are to:

  • Design and implement all channel marketing activity to drive growth via our channel Partners
  • Develop and execute the Partner communications plan
  • Ownership of the Partner training and marketing collateral materials
  • Manage project expectations and deadlines within the marketing department
  • Communicate project status to involved parties
  • Route projects and obtain necessary approvals
  • Work with team leaders to establish resources and manage workload

Previous Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to prioritize for best results
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation software preferred
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
