The company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to invest in as a key member of the Marketing department and wider Sealevel team. As part of this role, we desire to engage an individual who

Objectives & Responsibilities

Objectives and Responsibilities

 Digital, SEO, and SEM

  • Make recommendations for driving traffic and delivering company KPIs
  • Build consumer messaging in order to drive traffic and sales
  • Implement and manage an ongoing SEO strategy in accordance with department-wide goals, including the optimization of content for increased effectiveness
  • Measure SEM and SEO campaign results and adjust as appropriate, reviewing metrics regularly
  • Apply SEO best standards including regular page title audits and improvements
  • Implement a schedule of regular content updates to the website including home page banners, featured products, and newly published content (digital and otherwise)
  • Maintain an organized, consistent tagging structure for all website content
    Research & Product Support
  • Review competitive data across channels to influence future products and technologies including pricing, accessories, and positioning
  • Manage process of receiving and verifying content with the Engineering department: applies to manuals, datasheets, press releases and web pages
  • Interface with engineering for product development meetings, software support and product demonstrations
  • Create product support materials as needed including shipping checklists

 Content Generation

  • Assist with the research, writing and editing of materials including but not limited to white papers, case studies, and industry articles
  • Utilize marketing automation software and execute high impact programs


  • Superlative communication, presentation, and people skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines for both small tasks and large efforts
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure and improve data-driven initiatives

Previous Experience

Previous Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and two years of relevant experience
  • Experience using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques and implementation
  • Paid social media marketing


  • Google Analytics Academy or other SEO courses
  • Experience with
    • Google Data Studio
    • Google Tag Manager
    • WordPress
    • WooCommerce
    • NetSuite
    • HubSpot
    • Amazon Seller Central
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Educational background in, or experience involved in, science, engineering or other technical industries and fields
