Last year, we asked our customers to complete a short survey to tell us how we were doing. We weren’t looking for praise — we were looking for ways to improve. We found that overall our customers appreciate the effort we put into packaging their orders. In fact, over 93% of you said the packaging was excellent. Even more customers told us that they had no concerns over how the products were packaged — they had absolutely no concerns about the security and protection of their orders.
