Shipping Information
We strive to maintain sufficient inventory on all popular and current-generation products. The lead-time for legacy products can range from stock to six weeks or more, depending on order quantities and component availability. Most in-stock orders placed before 2:00PM EST are shipped the same day. Your order may be partial shipped unless it has been marked “ship complete.”

A variety of shipping methods can be requested. We have daily pickup service from UPS and FedEx: UPS Ground insured is the standard method of shipment. However, UPS 3-day, 2-day or overnight, and FedEx Economy, Standard or Priority can also be requested. Saturday delivery is available from both UPS and FedEx. Please call to discuss non-standard shipping methods, via DHL, USPS, or other carriers. Orders can be shipped “prepay and add” with the shipping and handling charges added to your invoice; or “freight-collect” shipping against your UPS or FedEx account number. All shipments are FOB Liberty, SC.

ESD/EMI Packaging
We want to ensure that your Sealevel products arrive in factory condition without ESD or other shipping damage. A handling fee helps defray the cost of insurance, heavier weight shipping boxes, silver static-shielding bags, and pink anti-static packing foam or bubble wrap. We use a combination of static-shielding and anti-static shipping materials that meet or exceed military-grade levels of ESD and EMI protection. Our shipping materials meet the requirements of MIL-STD-3010 4046, EIA 541, EIA 625, and ANSI/ESD S20.20.

To ensure the best ESD/EMI protection, we charge a $10 handling fee per box shipped. If multiple items will fit in a single, larger box, they will only incur a $10 charge. Orders shipped prepay and add will have the handling fee combined with the shipping total. Orders shipped freight collect will have a separate handling fee noted on the packing slip and invoice.

100% Customer Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with your Sealevel purchase you may return your products for a full refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of the original purchase (RMA number required). Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Sealevel and will incur a restocking fee. Sealevel Systems will not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Modified products (either factory or user modified).
  • Damaged products due to negligence, misuse, modification, accident, or disaster.
  • Any products that have a minimum order quantity (MOQ), are end of life (EOL), or purchased on a last time buy (LTB).
  • Large volume or custom order situations. We encourage you to evaluate products for suitability.
