Sealevel is well known for our off-the-shelf serial and digital I/O solutions. The wide variety of products we offer means that most customers are able to order a standard product to meet their requirements. But every application is different, and certain applications need a product to be customized to fit particular needs, or even designed from the ground up in some cases. We recognize the benefits a custom design offers, and over the past 25 years, we’ve responded to our customers’ requests with innovative, well-engineered solutions.
The Sealevel team is uniquely equipped to deal with the most challenging design requirements to take your product from concept through production. First, we will work with you to understand your application and define project goals and milestones. Our in-house staff of electrical, mechanical and software engineers uses the latest tools to ensure that your project proceeds on-time with no surprises. Once prototypes are complete, we can take the products through the compliance process for any certifications or approvals required. Production is done in our modern, ESD-controlled facility and can even include environmental stress screening (ESS) for products that demand the ultimate in reliability.
To keep you up-to-date on our custom solutions, we’ve launched an online portal in late December 2010. In the portal, you’ll find our Design Center, where we talk about the latest in Sealevel technologies and show you how these technologies are applied to real-world applications. We’re featuring our best custom solutions in our Case Stories section. Choose an industry and see how Sealevel’s optimized designs created a perfect fit for our customers’ unique applications. Learn more about how we can help you in our Custom Capabilities section. From project management to electrical/mechanical/software design to compliance and screenings, our engineers work with your team from concept to completion to guarantee the best fit in performance, quality, and cost.
