WEIRDEST THING YOU’VE EVER EATEN
One day the Japanese owner of a local sushi restaurant presented me with a plate-sized, grilled fish head. Noticing my shocked expression, he stated, “It’s a delicacy and honor to be served a fish head.” Not wanting to offend, I picked at it with my chopsticks – it wasn’t bad. In fact, it was quite tasty! Until he came back and scolded, “You left the best part!” He grabbed my chopsticks pried the eyeball out and as my jaw fell open, popped it into my mouth. He only uttered one word – “chew”. So maybe fish eyeball is actually the weirdest food I have eaten. At least it was cooked.

WOULD YOU RATHER TALK LIKE YODA OR BREATHE LIKE DARTH VADER?
I have seasonal allergies so on some mornings I feel like I already sound like Darth Vader. Website Usability and Burnt Toast

Now that the new Sealevel website has been live for over a month, I can reflect on one of my primary objectives – making sure the site offers exceptional customer usability. When we set out to redesign the site, I personally wanted to make sure we avoided the “me” mentality. In other words, I wanted to make sure the site was designed around how you, our customers, expected the site to work and not how we expected the site to operate, especially users coming to the site for the first time. We see this stuff every day.
