2022 Engineers’ Choice Awards: 7-Port USB 3.1 Hub

November 16, 2021

Sealevel is excited to share that our Rugged SuperSpeed 7-Port USB 3.1 Hub is a finalist in the Control Engineering 2022 Engineers’ Choice Awards.

Following product launch earlier this summer, the 7-Port USB 3.1 Hub from Sealevel quickly emerged as the only viable option for robust USB 3.1 hub performance in extreme temperatures, or conditions subject to shock and vibration. The hub features a widest-in-industry -40°C to +85°C operating temperature. And with Sealevel’s SeaLATCH connectors and cables, high-retention thumbscrews prevent accidental cable disconnection, improving shock and vibration tolerance.

Sealevel responded to customer requests for a smaller footprint and reduced port count with the introduction of our Rugged SuperSpeed 4-Port USB 3.1 Hub. With Sealevel’s extensive in-house SWaP optimization experience, the 4-port hub maintains the robust capabilities and performance of the 7-port version in a smaller form factor.
